Shipping Policy
We usually ship your order within 4–5 business days. Since our pieces are made from authentic handloom fabric, woven in small batches, sometimes the material may not be immediately available. In such cases, your order may take up to 15 business days to ship. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated and send you a notification on your registered number if that happens.
- Handwoven kala cotton is a living fabric — slight irregularities in weave, texture, motif placement, and colour are a natural characteristic of the craft and are not defects. They are what make each piece entirely your own.
- Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings and lighting. We photograph our products in natural light to represent them as accurately as possible.
- The fabric may bleed colour in the first few washes — wash separately and with cold water.
- Do not machine wash. Hand wash gently with mild detergent, do not soak, and dry in shade inside out.
- Kala cotton softens beautifully with every wash — this is a feature of the fabric, not a flaw.
- Avoid pairing darker coloured pieces with lighter ones in the same wash.
