Every Desi Fataka piece is handwoven in Kutch and sent to you with care. Here's exactly what to expect.

SHIPPING

• We ship worldwide. Your order is dispatched directly from India and delivered to your door by UPS.
• Dispatch: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed.
• Delivery: 10–12 business days after dispatch (about 12–15 days from order to doorstep).
• Shipping rate: Flat $19.99. Free shipping on orders above $150.

Duties & taxes included. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all customs duties and import taxes are paid by us. You'll never be charged extra on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

Tracking is shared by email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want your piece to feel right. If something isn't working, here's how we help.

Size Exchanges

• Request within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• One exchange per order. Return shipping for size exchanges is the customer's responsibility; we cover dispatch of the new size.
• Not sure of your size? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we'll help you choose.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives with a genuine defect, or we sent the wrong piece, we'll make it right with a full refund to your original payment or a free replacement — your choice. We cover all return costs.
Please share clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Change of mind

Accepted within 14 days as store credit, valid 12 months. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Please note

Handwoven Kala Cotton carries natural variations in weave, texture, and colour. These are the mark of the craft, not defects.
Custom-sized and limited-edition pieces are final sale.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before dispatch. A 3% payment processing fee applies to prepaid cancellations.
